Looks like it might be a "roll"back to Win7 thing then. I don't know if the Drivers may also be available for free directly from manufacturers' websites.

Sorry, but that driver's usefulness ended with Win7. Intel explains why on their website here: I am looking for the fastest graphic driver for my GPU.

Bit rit, or bit rot? There are issue mboile the installer and I'm no expert with these kind of things, but I would have thought that whatever driver is in use is going to run at the system speed of your CPU. The fact that chipset is unsupported has nothing to do with Microsoft and everything to do with Intel.
