If you add one of these cards, seriously, modify that case somehow to get some air moving through it or cqrd card is going to burn up in short order. I'm not really sure it's actually worth spending any money on an OptiPlex GX now - you could get a much better spec used OptiPlex for about the same money as a cheap graphics card.
