Dell Printer with Mac?

You guys are a life-saver! Roslyn on November 5, I have win 7 and I can't make dell printer work. It just simply isnt compatable with windows vista and the all in one center will not open as windows vista closes the program. Ron on February 26, It was for Windows OS only.

I do not use the printer but I wanted to use the very good scanner. Amoah on September a9220, Dell's support website sucks. Works fine on Vista bit. I have managed to connect my A printer to my windows 7 laptop but the scanner does not appear to work - any thoughts anyone?
